As viewers of this site will have seen, Roisin writes an accompanying poem or story for each of her paintings.

In 2007 she published images of her paintings and their accompanying poems/stories in book form. Entitled “Everything Under The Sun”, this is a great way for the public to have a chance to see paintings that have been sold over the years, and to read and appreciate the poem that went with each. As the title suggests, the paintings and poems/stories featured in the book cover every topic from the human condition to fantastical worlds, from burning issues to beautiful landscapes.

Roisin has since released two more collections of her work. Volume 2 features work completed (approximately) between 2007 and 2011, while Volume 3 covers 2011 to 2014.

At times funny, sad, insightful and uplifting, this quirky collection has something to connect with everyone. In full colour throughout, each page features one painting and its accompanying poem/story.

At A4 size, and with 120 pages, this great value large volume retails for €25.
