Two sheep stood under a tall pine

and decided it was the tallest tree

they'd ever seen, or rather not seen,

because their little necks

could only stretch so far

and the bulk of the tree was high above,

so they just admired the trunk

and surmised from its circumference

that it was, most definitely,

the tallest tree they'd ever seen.
